Our Step By Step Process:

 

 

• Initial meeting and onsite consultation with one of our estimators or project managers.  To keep things consistent, your estimator will be your project manager from the beginning of your project to the end of your project. This eliminates confusion, misunderstandings and he said/she said situations. 

• We will provide a written or typed proposal for painting, staining or carpentry services.  Insurance certificate provided.  Any questions you may have are answered.

• Once your project is awarded your project manager will contact you for scheduling.  Typical schedule is 1-2 weeks out.  Pressure washing is performed during this time.

• When your scheduled date arrives our paint crew will arrive approximately 8-9 am and begin covering and prepping your home. Repairs and painting are performed next.

• A few hours from completion of your job you will be contacted and notified by your project manager. At completion you, your project manager and the crew will walk your job to verify completion or take care of any touchups and close out the job.  Closing out your job will consist of filling out warranty paperwork, crew satisfaction report and collecting payment.

Our Process:

 

Both of our painting processes begins with an in home consultation and evaluation.  Followed by us providing you with a written or typed painting quote detailing what items/areas are to be prepped and painted, what materials are to be used and how many coats are to be applied.  Along with our detailed interior or exterior painting estimate, we will provide our insurance certificate that shows full coverage of both liability $2mil/4 and worker's compensation insurance $1mil and documentation of any materials / products that you request.

 

Once we receive your signed contract your estimator will contact you to put you on our schedule.  Your estimator will also be your project manager to assure a smooth and consistent experience throughout your painting project.

 

During your painting project our crews will protect belongings by covering with plastic and protect floors by covering with plastic or drop cloths.  

 

At the end of your project once we have inspected our work we will give you the opportunity to walk around with us to take care of any touchup and to answer any questions that you may have.

 

To finish up we will provide you with our warranty paperwork, collect payment and have you fill our our crew/staff feedback and referral form.
