Atlanta Painting and Construction, LLC provides complete rehab and remodel services to properties in the metro Atlanta area.  We also provide turnkey services such as touchup or full paint, minor / major repairs, blinds, door knobs, carpet clean and more.

 

We can handle dozens of turnkey properties per month and work with a range of small and large investors, groups etc. 

 

We can also complete over 100 work orders per month on a consistent basis.

 

Final Clean & Construction Clean Up

We clean up, touchup clean and final clean hundreds of properties each year for our clients.  After all of our rehabs, turns and many work orders we clean the complete house. All surfaces cleaned, appliances, trim, blinds, blow out garage and more.
